If you need to change the delivery address or shipping date and time, please notify us via WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the shipment. Each order can be changed for free once; subsequent changes will incur a fee of $150.

  • For weekday flower orders, please place your order at least 4 days in advance.
  • Orders placed with less than 4 days’ notice will be considered urgent and can be processed and delivered on the same day, depending on the availability of fresh flowers.
  • For important occasions such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, please order at least 7 to 10 days in advance.
  • We recommend placing orders early to ensure sufficient preparation.

Our fresh flowers are sourced from Yunnan, Vietnam, Japan, Kenya, the Netherlands, Ecuador, and other locations. If you have special requests, please mention them when placing your order; prices may vary based on the origin.

All our flowers are fresh and are air-freighted daily from suppliers. If you wish to place the bouquet in a vase, we recommend keeping it in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and changing the water daily to maintain optimal condition for 3-7 days.

  • All orders are non-refundable once payment is made. If you have any issues with the received products, please contact us via WhatsApp within 10 hours of delivery.
  • Please prepare your order number, delivery time and date, digital photos of the relevant products, and retain the goods and their packaging.
  • We may require the return of goods for investigation to improve our service. If the buyer/recipient fails to return the goods, compensation may not be provided. The store reserves the right to refuse refunds for products that cannot be delivered on time due to non-human factors (e.g., severe weather, traffic disruptions).
